4.As our anticheat is operated in accordance with the rules and requirements of the FiveM platform, we are required to distribute it through Tebex. Therefore, you also acknowledge and agree to comply with the Tebex Terms of Service.
5.Refunds may be requested in accordance with the Tebex Terms of Service. However, by requesting and receiving a refund, you acknowledge and agree that you will be permanently banned from all ZeroHax AntiCheat services and platforms, and a permanent hardware ban may also be applied.
6.The license may not be resold or transferred, and we are under no obligation to provide an IP reset.
7.Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or disclosure of any AntiCheat files to third parties is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate and permanent bans.
8.The AntiCheat software must not be used for the development, testing, or distribution of cheats, exploits, or any other unauthorized modifications. Violation of this rule may result in immediate and permanent bans.
9.Attempting to tamper with, hack, reverse engineer, bypass, or otherwise compromise the AntiCheat in any way is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate and permanent bans, including hardware bans.
10.Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from all ZeroHax AntiCheat services.
11.We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By purchasing, accepting, or otherwise using the AntiCheat in any form or manner, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by all of the terms and conditions listed above, and that any violation may result in immediate and permanent bans, including hardware bans.
